making it unusable, if you do not choose to keep paying the quarterly
mandatory $150 fee. This appears to us that you never really own the
software, but rather must continue to pay into the future if you want
to keep using it. We can save most of your data from TIMS if you decide
to stop paying the quarterly fee and can no longer access your data.]
